GeGe Co., Ltd (Distribution Company)

GeGe Co., Ltd was established in 2002. We are a board game distributor / publisher based in Taipei, Taiwan. Before 2002, we were an educational toys distributor in Taiwan called Psuche Co, Ltd. We were one of the very first company to import board games into the asia market (including Taiwan and Shanghai), which allowed us to witness and be part of the growth of the board game industry in Asia.
Our products includes Rummikub (the most well known family game in Taiwan) and many more education / math / art related board games.

GeGe Design Ltd. (Design & Publication Company)

In 2016, our design manager Ariel Yi Chi Chang established GeGe Design Ltd.  in order to work on design & publishing. Ariel believes that in order to take the industry to the next level, one must be part of the creators that are making things happen. Since the establishment, GeGe Design has quickly became one of the leading publishers in Taiwan with numerous ground-breaking achievements (see press list), leading to the honor of Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 in 2020. Other than own publications, Ariel also do speaches, trainings and judging on gaming designs and has founded GEGE GAME LAB in 2020.

Our Vision

Our vision is to explore and expand the value of board gaming. We believe a game is at its best when the mechanism harmonises with the packaging and the value is was meant to deliver. At GeGe, we do not see games as a product. We see games as a media, and we aim to maximise its power.
